Program Overview
Our School Readiness Program helps children transition from therapy to learning environments with confidence and foundational skills.
LEAP
Learn · Explore · Adapt · Play
- A School Readiness & Early Learning Program
- LEAP helps young children build the confidence, regulation, and foundational skills to transition smoothly into school life.
- Using play-based therapy and multidisciplinary collaboration (ABA, OT, and Speech), LEAP focuses on attention, emotional regulation, early academics, and social participation — nurturing school readiness through joy and structure.
“A child who feels ready, learns with joy.”
NeuroSync
Focus · Connect · Regulate
- ADHD, Asperger’s & Social Thinking Program
- NeuroSync is a small-group program for children and young adults that strengthens focus, executive function, and emotional self-regulation.
- Led by BCBAs, OTs, and psychologists, sessions combine science and social connection to build attention, resilience, and peer understanding in a supportive, neuroaffirming space.
“When the mind finds rhythm, learning and connection flow.”
EMERGE
Empowerment · Independence · Purpose
- A Young Adults Transition Program
- EMERGE supports teens and young adults (14–20) in developing life, vocational, and self-management skills for independence and purpose.
- Through individualized coaching and multidisciplinary collaboration, participants gain confidence, communication, and real-world readiness.
“Independence isn’t taught — it’s nurtured.”
